The Alaska State Fair
At the end of each summer the Alaska State Fair attracts over 300,000
people from around Alaska to the Mat-Su Valley just outside of Anchorage.
The 2005State Fair is scheduled this fall.

If you are visiting Alaska and want to see Alaska in all its beauty,
and experience local culture, then put The Alaska State Fair on
your list of things to do! Experience Record-setting giant vegetables,
Farm Animals, Rodeo, Arts and Crafts, Rides, Scenery, Flowers, Food
and Entertainment.

Weekdays noon-10 p.m
Weekends and Labor Day, 10 a.m.-10 p.m.
Admission Prices
Regular one-day admission prices are:
Adult - $8
Senior - $5
Children 6 to 12 years of age – $5
Children under the age of 5 years - free
